I'm a hands-on CTO. For the last five years that has meant owning trading-platform and blockchain engineering as a founding technology leader — building matching engines, order management, market data, custody, settlement and on-chain economies from zero, across digital assets and traditional capital markets.
The part that compounds is the organisation: I recruited and led an engineering and product team of 150+ people within a year — an in-house core combined with offshore teams across countries and time zones — with the governance in place so every platform keeps scaling after launch.
